As we shown on SRV records, you can add SIP as SRV record on Rackspace Cloud DNS, probably the Load Balancers do not support SIP Protocol ( ask them, we can not give warranty about their product features ).Obviously, you can install and run your own SIP Server on Ubuntu Server on Rackspace.
